The Church of the Gesù
This is the ceiling of the dome of the Church of the Gesù in Rome. Really amazing details and symmetry. A trick I learned from someone at the Vatican really came in handy for those dark interiors where it’s impossible to handhold your camera for long exposures. Just lay your camera face-up on the floor and use the self-timer for long exposures. Oh and make sure you’re standing nearby to prevent anyone from kicking it across the floor. Just be careful not to stand too near if you’re using an extremely wide-angle lens.
